If I received a lump sum payment from unemployment that I automatically got out of the blue from something that happened maybe 6 years ago. Do I have to file that? if so Do I have to file that as an amended return because its technically from 2018-2019 or a regular return because they sent it to me in 2024 and do i have to file it this year if it was given to me back in October?

Yes, you'll have to file it with your 2024 return. You don't need to file an amended return since your received it in 2024.
