I was asking why the Turbo-tax template for 1099-DIV didn't have a box 2e or 2f, both of which have entries on the  form I received as Section 897 Capital Gain.   

I beleive it may be that way because the description for both boxes say it concerns only foreign persons and since I am not a foreign person, there must be a different template that is used for people who identify themselves as foreign citizens.    Do you believe that is correct.
