TURBOTAX IS SAYING that there is an error on the payers federal id number which is 00-000000? I checked and it is correct. TurboTax will not let me efile until it is corrected?

If you do not have a federal id number, try to enter all 9s.

If you have the id number shown on the form and the program says it is incorrect, you might want to contact the bank to verify. If the program does not accept it, you would have to print out all tax forms and submit them by mail.
