I continue to have the same problem. The summary page of income lists dividends that are more than twice those listed when i click on more info, details, or the actual tax form. The amount listed on more info, details, and the actual tax for in box 1a are identical to that on the printed copy of 1099-Div sent by TIAA. This seems to be a TT bug, but I can't find a reference to it. I have jpgs verifying this problem.

I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file, which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

A little history
I successfully imported 2 documents from tiaa. I was then asked if I wanted to import a document from TIAA FSB. I entered yes, but I had forgotten that the name had been changed. I then indicated that I was going to import another document. That document was TIAA trust. When i imported it, I had the strange result that line 1a div was incorrect, but when I clicked on 1a div to get more information, the correct amount was listed. I believe that my taxes were accurately calculated based on the correct amount of dividends. I have a couple of jpegs for documentation if it is useful for you.
