1099-Div Error

I am using the online version of TurboTax premier. I import a consolidated 1099 each year and normally don't have any issues. This year, I uploaded the form and reviewed the information which appears to be correct. However, the software continues to say that I need to review the question about uncommon situations (none apply to me). Checking the none of these apply button does not clear the alert and therefore I cannot proceed with filing

In this situation, first please try clearing the cookies and cache.   It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis. 

  • Close your TurboTax return first.

Watch to be sure you are selecting 'all time' as example.  Do not use selections like 'last hour' for those browsers that give  you options.

Once this is complete open your return and check to see if the error is removed.

I tried clearing the cache this afternoon, but the issue still persists
