I received a 1099-B and 1099-DIV from Vanguard, do I need to wait for and enter the 1099 Consolidated as well?

The Consolidated 1099 form is in fact a combination of all tax forms which you receive from your stock broker. It includes form 1099-B, form 1099-DIV and when apllicable form 1099-INT.
You do not need to wait to receive the Consolidated form. You can enter form 1099-B and 1099-DIV in the appropriate sections of TurboTax.
