I keep getting an error when I review and try to submit my Fed tax return. "Cost or adjusted basis (positive amounts only) does not match the value on the capital gain (loss) adjustment worksheet. leave this value blank when using the capital gain (loss) adjustment worksheet."

It is telling me it only takes positive numbers.  I have manually put them in, had them downloaded from the bank and it still says there's an error and won't file.  I've been at this two hours trying to fix this.

1099-B is creating and additional gain/loss worksheet and technical is working on it.
