I have a 1099-B. Only Boxes 9 and 11 have a value, all others are blank except for Box 1a which says RFC. Box 9 is a negative number and Box 11 is the same number only it's a positive number. Where do I enter this information in TurboTax?

Regulated futures contract (RFC), are not reportable to the IRS and are completed for informational purposes only.  So, you do not need to include this in TurboTax.  See IRS Information on Form 1099-B, page 5.
