I received a 1095a that has 0 in the B column (SLCSP). In fact I received 2 of them that way. I went to the gov site and the form they had there was exactly the same. TurboTax won't let this pass through. What needs to be done?

Try deleting the zeroes and leave it blank in Column B to see if that works.
you need to check. It may be that it's missing rather than zero. It's unlikely that the premiunm for SLCSP would be zero.
