Yes, the marketplace identifier is the two letter state abbreviation for the state where you live and have insurance.
For example, if you live in California, your marketplace identifier is CA.
If you have two letters followed by up to 15 numbers on your 1095-A form, enter just the letters in box 1 and the numbers in box 2.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
