I never received a 1095 A and my taxes are getting rejected because of it. I never filed for insurance so I don't know why it's asking for information I don't or shouldn't have. Please help I don't know what to do.

If the IRS rejected it then they think a 1095A was issued to you. Check with the marketplace to find out. If you had marketplace insurance in prior years and did not cancel it then it could have been automatically renewed.
