Where do I enter the data for these forms?

Level 15

You do not enter them. You do not enter either a 1095B or a 1095C. Only a 1095 A from having marketplace health insurance *"Obamacare") is entered. If you do not have a 1095 A you say no to the question about it and move on without entering anything else about those forms.

These are not required to be entered into your tax return. Only 1095 form that needs to be entered is a 1095A. Please read this IRS information bulletin for more information especially what is listed in 15 & 16.
