Spouses daughter shares a Marketplace policy with her father.

I have the information from the 1095-A to load in turbotax but I do not have the fathers Social security number.

Can I leave it off and just put zero for the sharing percentages.

Unfortunately you need the father’s social security number so that the IRS knows who the allocation is being shared with. If you can’t get it you can claim zero allocation and mail the return with an explanation. Both the father and daughter will then have to deal with questions from the IRS holding up their returns. If the father is informed of this he may be more willing to provide his social security number.
