1095-a

I filed my taxes turbo on the 29th with out adding the 1098-a.  Can I do an amendment now.  Its saying no amendment available until Feb 15.

Is there anything else I can do.

1095-a

no since the 1040-x won't be available until 2/15. also you must wait until your initial return is fully processed before submitting an amended return.

1095-a

@rosevera1234 Was your e-file accepted?   If the IRS knows you should have a 1095A that you did not enter, your e-file should be rejected.   If it rejects, you can add the 1095A and re-file.   Wait and see what happens---you just e-filed a couple of days ago.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
