I suggest you log in to your account at HealthCare.gov and see if you can find a form 1095-A that was issued to you. You will find it under Your Existing Applications (select your 2021 application) and then choose Tax Forms.

I deleted a 1095A form from the tool menu of my return, but it still appears in my federal review telling me to delete it. I can't file online without removing this.
