I am the recipient not the covered individual on the 1095-A form. My non-dependent daughter is the only covered individual and will claim 100% of the 1095-A but how can I file without a Covered Individual listed. It looks like I will have to mail it in?

Allocate 100% of the 1095-A to her. She doesn't have to be on your return. Enter the 1095-A on your return and allocate it all to her - she will enter the 1095-A on her return as well, but not allocate any of it. You should both be able to e-file.
Enter the 1095-A and then mark the box that says this is a shared policy. After you enter the form, the next screen will ask:
