TurboTax keeps asking for 1095-A information during tax review. I checked box that "I did not receive Form 1095-A"
How do I resolve this issue?

Type 1095-a in the search box up top and use the Jump to 1095-a link in the search results to get to that entry section. Verify that you have entered NO and also make sure that there is not a blank form that was started in error. If there is, delete it and try to run the review again.
