1042S, Income Code 29

I am an alien resident in US working under an H1b. I filed my taxes with turbo tax this year and received a refund already for federal and state. Today I received an 1042-S, Income Code 29, Gross income 5$, federal tax withheld 1$. Tax rate 30, exemption code 14. Do I need to amend my federal return for such a small amount?

Form 1042S does not need to filed with your income tax return.

TurboTax does not include Form 1042S.

Fill out Form 1042 and then mail it to the address specified in the form instructions.
