1042-s filing and return

<P>i tried to amend my tax returns as I forgot to file my 1042-S. the code on it is 29 and the gross income is $2 dollars. after i filed it under "other reportable income," my californai state tax refund turned from $329 to no refund back to me. what is happening?</P>
