when it comes to listing fiduciary deductions on the 1041, can it be a combination of fees from the administrator's fees (I paid for the bond), and the attorneys fees (he paid court filing fee and publication)....and
do I have to reimburse the attorney before I claim his fees....

Deduct in the year in which the fee for the bond was paid.
Presumably this is an estate and, as such, the estate can deduct administrative costs and fees that it actually pays in the tax year for which it is filing.
for example, the bond for probate was required of the court in oct 2024, but I did not actually pay the bill until jan 2025....which year should I deduct it off my taxes....
Deduct in the year in which the fee for the bond was paid.
