I filed my 2018 tax return with Turbo Tax but the IRS sent it back stating I was missing the second page. I reviewed it the 1st&2nd page are combined into one. How can it be corrected?

Mail the return back again and attach a note stating the fact that both pages were printed on one page ... cannot believe the IRS agent doesn't know that most tax programs have chosen to save paper by putting them both on one page.... this must be a fluke.... or did you forget something else like signing the return ? Read the notice carefully. And FYI ... for the 2019 return the IRS themselves are going to print both pages on one page.
Here is a draft of the 2019 form 1040. They have moved the signature to the bottom of p. 2. It looks too large to be printed on one side of one page.
