Does the IRS charge you to file the 2015 1040EZ tax? I downloaded the form from the IRS website but I dont know if I have to pay when I mail in the completed 1040ez

Also I am not seeing where I input the company employee ID on the 1040ez

1. No, you do not pay to file the 1040EZ with the IRS.

2. There is not a place to enter the EIN (Employee Identification Number) on the 1040EZ.

 Attach your W2 to the 1040EZ. (The IRS will retrieve the EIN from the W2.)
