1 account with 2 tax forms

When I log in to Intuit turbotax, 2 accounts appear. How can I delete 1 of them? I tried following directions, but the 2nd account doesn't ever delete. Many Thanks

Many thanks for your reply but when I follow the instructions I sense that both accounts will be deleted and the turbotax account closed completely. Perhaps I am over-worried, but I want to verify that only 1 account will be deleted and the other account will still be available in my turbotax account. Thanks for your patience with me.

In this case, I recommend that you contact TurboTax Support so that we can better assist. The hours of support are currently Monday - Friday, 5 am to 5 pm PT.
