1 1/2 hrs on w/ TT support. The last hour was with a supervisor (case no. 1542962478) and after an hour trying to resolve the problem I was told we cant fix it you need to enter your data manually. Are they kidding? The program is not functioning as advertised or how it has always worked, but they have my $102, so I guess that's all that matters. I've been using TT for 30 years and every year it's something. This one takes the cake. If I have to enter it manually, I may as well just go back to doing my taxes with a pencil and blank tax forms. It's pretty evident that Intuit doesn't care to fix this and have no qualm telling the customer to basically F.O. we don't care.
