why can't I e-file if

I have 0 income on 1040 and it wont let me e-file because of this. I have a 0 there because my 1099nec income was less than my expenses, thus making the 0 on 1040. how can I fix so I can e-file?

You have to have at least $1 in income to e-file. A work around for this is adding $1 in interest or other income.

My efile was rejected due to incorrect employer tax ein. I corrected it and am now told I cannot resend the return electronically. Is that correct ?
