Questions with two state tax deduction

I have two jobs all in New Jersey. One job has NJ address in profile and deducts NJ taxes and the other have PA address in profile and pay taxes to PA.  Please, how do I file taxes in this regard. How do I get to pay taxes only in one state rather than have the employers paying taxes to different states
