You question is probably too broad to really answer without knowing more details about your tax situation last year and how it compares to your tax situation this year. Changes in the number of dependents you have, credits that you qualify for this year that you didn't qualify for next year, etc. all play a role. In addition, changing your withholding amount from your job or from retirement income will affect your refund or amount owed.
My best advice would be to reach out to talk to someone about your tax situation specifically, and when you do so have information about what income and withholding you have year-to-date. You can also use the tools on the TurboTax website, in particular the Tax Calculator (TaxCaster) to help you determine your tax amount owed vs. the amount you have paid in (and any refundable credits that might apply); here is the web address for it: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/
