I use my home office for two different businesses, graphic design and transcription work. Since these two are entered as two separate business in turbotax, can I take the home office deduction twice? This home office is used exclusively to do graphic design and transcription work.

You may take the Home Office deduction as a percentage related to your work.
For example, if 80% of your income comes from graphic design and 20% comes from transcription, then you can "allocate" 80% of your Home Office deduction to the graphic design business and 20% to your transcription business.
