Prescription co-pay assistance programs

I was on a few medications last year that were injections that show on my health insurance's website as being out of pocket cost amounting of several thousand dollars per shot, well over the amount TurboTax is asking about. But a large portion of it was never out of my pocket. While I only paid maybe $20 a shot, my insurance shows that shot costing over $3,500. I'm not certain what to enter for my health costs.

You may only deduct the unreimbursed portion of medical expenses that were covered by your insurance or any assistance program.
