Dear Turbo Tax;
I forgot to deduct my two car registration taxes on my 2015 tax return. Can I add it on my 2016 tax return ?
Based on Nevada where I live:
You may be able to deduct certain taxes included in the fees that you pay for your vehicle registration or vehicle license. You can't deduct the total amount of your registration fee, just the portion that the state charged you for taxes based on the value of your vehicle
If I can, please provide a quick steps, I only see the Turbo Tax asks for “Car Registration for 2016”.
Thanks,
Natee

You can only deduct the personal property tax/auto registration fees in the year they are actually paid so you cannot include 2015 unless you paid them during 2016.
