I live outside of the U.S. therefore I want to e-file my return how is this possible?

You can e-file your return with TurboTax.  If you worked outside the US you can utilize the foreign earned income exclusion to exclude up to $102,100 of foreign wage income and utilize the foreign tax credit to help offset double taxation on any remaining foreign income.
