Yes, unfortunately. However, those returns should be processed beginning 2/15/2015 so the delay maybe the normal 21 days that it sometimes takes to get a direct deposit refund.

Will my refund be garnished if my husband owes back child support; but I qualify for head of household & cover all of home expenses? Only his name & SSN on my return.
