My wife and I own our home, we are filing separatly, do we both put information about owning our home?

Can she be the one who puts in that information since she pays for the mortgage?

Yes, if your spouse paid the mortgage, she may claim the deduction.  Otherwise, if it was paid from joint funds, you may split it to be reported on both returns.
