We adopted a baby boy in 12/19/2018. However, due to holidays, we were not able to get court granted custody until 2019. Are we eligible for the 2018 Child Tax Credit?

Yes, if the adoption became final in 2018, you can claim the credit for 2018 even if you did not have physical custody of the child.
