Wondering if my EIC amount is correct on 22 & 23 year's returns. My tax return has decreases significantly over the past two years. I noticed my EIC has changed.

Yes----your EIC is calculated based on several factors---one of which is how much you earned by working. If you earned a lot less or a lot more, your EIC will be different.
