Will child support garnish the child tax credit??

I owe child support and for some odd reason my children in the home did not receive advance child tax credit but it was added to my refund amount total. Will child support garnish, the children I have, their ctc or does it go to the child i don't have

Yes ----any refund you are getting on your 2021 return can be seized for child support you owe--including the part that is coming from the child tax credit.   TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund.  The IRS will send you a letter after they take your refund.

Yes. The IRS can offset your tax refund (which includes your child tax credit) fo child support.
