Why won’t it let me enter my daycare expense amount?

It saying I need be disabled, in school full time or unemployed? 
I work full time and paid childcare expenses the whole year 2023.

Have you entered all your income  yet?  You need income to get the Child Care Credit.  Are you married?   You both have to have earned income. If you are married check if the income is entered under the right spouse's name.
