Why will it not let me out foreign zip code

company is based in Canada and will not let me input zip code

Hi Perla,

You will have to do this to fix the problem:

Within the  W-2 screen go to box "c"   Select Other instead of the US address,  a pop up box will com and select Foreign Address

Then you can add the Canadian address.
