Why is Turbo Tax using the standard deduction?

I want to itemize my deductions.  I do not want use the standard deduction.  I posted all deductions but Turbo Tax is using the standard deduction by default

The software will give you either the Standard Deduction or the Itemized Deduction, whichever is greater.

To change the deduction type on your tax return -

Enter itemized deductions, choosing in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to itemized deductions, choosing
