Why is my refund not including the child tax amount?

If the child is age 17 or older they are not eligible for the Child Tax Credit or a stimulus payment.

Verify the information you entered for the child.  Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.

Verify that you selected My Child, that the date of birth is correct, that you indicated that the child lived with you for the Whole Year,  that the child did NOT provide over one-half of their own support, that there was NOT any other person in the home supporting the child, that you are the legal parent of the child (and your spouse if applicable), that the child had a valid Social Security number and you did NOT check the box not valid for employment.

I have all the info filled in for the CTC. It says I'm receiving the refund but my refund amount does not reflect it. I dont know what I'm missing

Delete the dependent and re-enter.  Is the issue the same?
