Why is it making me upgrade saying I have foreign accounts when I do not

When I click file, It says I have to upgrade from basic because I have foreign accounts even though I do not.

You may have clicked on having a foreign account by mistake.  The question is asked after you have completed entry of a W-2.  

Go back to the W-2 section and edit the form.  Continue until you are on the screen asking about foreign accounts and answer NO.
