Why don't names of my cash donations from 2016 don't pop up to choose from this year? I write amounts on a list and now have to go look up addresses for every deduction.

Every other year when I enter my It's deductible donations a list comes up from previous years and lets me choose one.  This year nothing. During the year I a list and write the date, charity name and amount.  I don't write addresses as they have always been there.  Why don't they show up this year?  I can't even see my previous years when I log into It's Deductible.

Having multiple accounts (user ID's) is the most common cause of missing items in It’sDeductible. You should run the recovery tool even if you think you think you only have one account.

Use the following tool to check for multiple accounts (user ID's) even if you think you only have 1. Run the tool on each email address you have.

If that didn't find another account, run the tool again, but this time choose the tiny blue link that says "I don't know my email address or User ID", and it will look you up by SSN and other data.

Second most common cause is a browser issue:

Log out of TurboTax and Delete any Intuit-related cookies and empty the browser's Internet cache. Then close the browser, and reopen it. Try again, but on the sign-in page, be sure there is no check mark for "remember me" until you get this resolved.
