Why does the final check keep asking me for a date for disaster? The box "none of these apply" for natural disaster, but it keeps asking me for the date.

I withdrew from my IRA because I had lost my job and had to pay rent. It asks me "Do any of these situations apply to you?" and I have "none of these apply", but when I do the final check, it keeps asking me to input information for date affected for natural disaster. I can't understand why.

Please try to delete and reenter your Form 1099-R and see if this will fix the issue.
