To enter your medical/dental expenses -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Medical
On Medical Expenses, click the start or update button

Where should I put the information of the dentist plan that I am paying monthly from the dentist?

You can deduct the principal portion of your payments, but not the interest, if any.
