Where is the new child tax credit?

The "new" child tax credit will be on your 2018 tax return when you file in 2019. For your 2017 tax return it is still $1000, as it has always been.

I went through the whole process of doing my taxes in here but it didn’t give me an option to sign up or qualify for the child tax credit. Why is is not showing?
