Where do I enter the School Readiness Tax Credit form (R-10614). The Childcare expense tax credit with a Quality Star School?

To enter information for the School Readiness:

1. Go back into your LA return by clicking State in the black bar on the left of your screen.
2. On the Revisit Your Louisiana Info screen, click on Update next to Taxes and Credits.  
3. Continue to the screen, Louisiana Refundable Priority 2 Credits.  
   
4. Click the down arrow on the Select Description box and select the credit from the list.
5. Enter the credit amount and click Done when finished.
