Where do I enter mortgage hazard insurance there isn't a spot under the mortgage interest, refinancing and Insurance tab this year?

The PMI deduction expired at the end of 2016, and has not been renewed.

However, it is part of a Tax Extenders bill that seems to be languishing in Congress.
