When I choose to use 2019 income for the Earned Income Credit , it won’t let me E-file my federal return. What can I do?

The reason turbo tax gives me is that my EIC is based on undocumented income which I don’t understand since it’s income info from last years taxes so it’s documented.

Was that income reported on a 1099Misc last year or was it paid to you in cash, etc.?
