What if i i don't claim my child as a dependent but I paid child care fees

I live with my partner. We own a house together and have a daughter together. We are unmarried. My partner claimed our daughter as a dependent, but I paid the majority of the child care expenses. Is there no way to deduct those expenses without claiming my daughter as a dependent?

No.  The person who claims the child, claims all of the benefits. You cannot claim the child care expenses if your partner claims the child.
