What do I need to do to receive renter Property Tax Refund?

When you go back through the State interview, there will be one or more questions asking about the Property Tax Refund or "Form M1PR".  Check those boxes and it should ask you to enter some information from your CRP (Certificate of Rent Paid).

You will then need to PRINT that tax return (Form M1PR and possibly some attachments) and MAIL that along with a copy of your CRP to the address on the bottom of the M1PR.
